Sept
2003 ish
A pretty mongrel I found whilst out walking on Halloween 2003.
She
was so small she could walk under my old Papillon and he didn’t know she had done it. I thought great,
I now have my mini agility dog!!!!!!Wrong, she grew and
grew and is now 20” at the shoulder.
We don’t know what she is crossed with, because of her markings a lot of people say Collie cross, but those marking could be ‘Beagle,
Foxhound, Springer’ etc
She is built like a whippet, and as stocky as a Staffie and barks like a hound.
Wispa
is by far my best agility dog, she quickly won out of 'Starters' at Dogs In Need 2005 in her first
season competing.
Was upgraded to grade 5 when the new grades came into being, as she had had a top 5 place in Novice.
She is now competing at
Grade 6 having won Grade 5 agility at Packington 2009.
She has also Qualified for the Burns Adams Derby Final
held at Derbyshire Agility Show in July, she came 2nd in the final.
She is a loveable character, great with puppies
and young children, you couldn’t buy that temperament, yet someone threw her away!!
Their loss, my gain.
