Currently we are managing over 60 properties, in and around
the local area. We aim and are looking to expand on the service
and therefore make it the best in town
In conjunction we offer all our landlords peace of mind, by
securing a rent guarantee policy on an “assured short
hold” tenancy contract.
Our aim is to eliminate the problems, stress and leg work
out of letting a property. We offer both a comprehensive “management”
package and/or a simple “just-let” option. The

Maintenance
Five Towns are more than happy to point you in the right
direction when choosing a reputable tradesman. We unfortunately
have ourselves; like most people, had to learn the hard way.
So if you require a plumber, electrician, builder or even
a locksmith; we know a man who can be of assistance. Or even
if you are looking for a complete renovation on your property
we can put you in touch with a reputable local company all
you have to do is just ask! Part of our full management covers
the maintenance side for you we all know this can be time
consuming and can turn out to be quite costly if you have
not shopped around. We use a local maintenance company who
are reliable so we can take the stressful part of letting
away and let you get on with more enjoyable things.
Family
All our team is referred to as our “family” we
are local living people and therefore our combined knowledge
of the community and environment are probably second to none.
Furthermore, it is a natural quality of ours to be as helpful
as possible. So don’t be shy; if you have a problem,
need help or information, then do not hesitate in contacting
us, it’s a pleasure to be of assistance!

Five towns are committed to helping the community we therefore
are always looking to sponsor new local group’s based
in Stoke on Trent. And we are always on the search to help
other community groups who will benefit from funding which
will make a difference.
As well as this for every property sale we will donate £100
to you’re local Mosque/Church/Synagogue /Gurdwara etc…………..
We believe this will go a long way to these key areas of religion
which will enable us to put something back into our community.
